School Administrator - Grade 5

We are looking to appoint an experienced administrator to join our fantastic and committed team here at Westbury on Trym CE Academy.

We see this as an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the administrative support team. The post will involve a variety of administrative tasks and will be fundamental in ensuring excellent communication and support is provided to both children, families and staff. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week), working afternoons (12.20 – 4.20pm) Monday-Friday. The post is Term Time Only (plus INSET Days), with one additional week to be worked during the school holidays.

Teaching Assistants x 2

We are looking to appoint 2 experienced, creative and dynamic Teaching Assistants to join our fantastic, committed team.

We see this as an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the educational provision for all our children. The posts will include some ad-hoc cover and one afternoon of PPA cover (appropriate uplift will be given to reflect additional duties). They are part-time roles (25.75 hours), working Monday to Friday (5 days per week).

EYFS Apprentice - level 3

We are looking to recruit an EYFS apprentice at Level 3. 

EYFS apprentices play a massive role in supporting children to have the best start to their education.

  • You will work as part of a team planning, monitoring and evaluating activities for children up to five years of age
  • Ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of the children in the room at all times is essential
  • To build positive relationships with the children, families, colleagues and internal/external professionals

On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be awarded;

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
    NCFE Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (EYE)
  • Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid OR Level 3 Award Emergency Paediatric First Aid. 
  • Apprentices will achieve an EYE qualification which has been approved to count towards the EYFS level 3 child: staff ratios.
