Parent Gym

Following the very successful Parent Gym parenting courses that we've run for the last few years, we will be running another course every Friday in Term 3 starting on Friday 5th January 2024 from 9-11am.  We'll also be holding a taster session on 24th November 2023 from 9.00 - 9.45am for anyone who is interested in finding out more.

Parent Gym is a six-week parenting programme: each weekly session lasts two hours, and is packed with practical tips and strategies to make family life easier and to help your children thrive. It is aimed at all parents and is a great opportunity to share the good as well as the more challenging aspects of parenting, within supportive and enjoyable sessions.
