Geog Blog T3W4
We have now created a Geog Bloggers Team! Lots of children across the school put forward their names to be their class Geog Blogger rep. One child was chosen from each class.
The role of the Geog Bloggers will be to:
1) Attend Geog Blog weekly meetings.
2) Add new information shared on the Geog Blog to class COWWS/HOTCLUB displays.
3) Share this new information with the class.
4) Collect ideas from their class members and teachers to add to the blog

Wednesday 15 March 2023 Neurodiversity at Westbury This week as well as celebrating all things STEM related, we've also been learning about what neurodiversity means and about some famous people who self identify as being neurodiverse too. We took part in a whole school lesson to help us all to learn how it feels to be a learner who is different from others. Year 3 had a visit from Dr Sanderson who helped them to learn how neuropsychologists study how our brains work and how for some people, neurodiversity helps them to achieve excellence in their chosen field. Mr Gill, brother of our very own Miss Gill in Year 4, also kindly shared the following video with us where he talked about his experience of dyslexia. To view this, please click here.
