Year 5 Tudor WOW Day
Just before half term, the Year 5 children were involved in a Tudor 'Wow' Day experience where they learned about The Battle of Bosworth. The children dressed up as a Tudor and experienced daily life. They were able to handle the weaponry and armour of Tudor soldiers, learned about the game Merrills and produced an archaeological dig. The children also learned all about Henry VIII's six wives and how to fire a bow and an arrow at King Richard III. What a day!
