Year 5/6 Girls Cricket

A huge well done to our fantastic Year 5/6 girls, who reached the final of the GCC Dynamo Cricket Competition at Golden Hill CC last week. The team played brilliantly, winning four of their opening matches to secure a well-deserved place in the final.

Although they were narrowly beaten by a strong Mangotsfield A side, losing by just 17 runs, the girls showed incredible skill, determination, and teamwork throughout the tournament. Even more impressively, this was their very first cricket competition — and they represented our school with pride and enthusiasm.
